Los env\u00edo se realizan entre 1 y 2 d\u00edas siguientes despu\u00e9s de confirmado el pago.
\nLos productos se env\u00edan por DELIVER o CORREOS. Tienen un n\u00famero de seguimiento, por lo que se asegura la llegada del paquete.<\/p>\n

El mensajero har\u00e1 dos intentos de entrega. En el caso de que no haya nadie en el domicilio, el paquete se depositar\u00e1 en la oficina m\u00e1s cercana.<\/p>\n

\nLos env\u00edos en Espa\u00f1a tardan entre 48 y 72 horas. Recibir\u00edas tu pedido en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 5 d\u00edas laborables.
\nEn EU tardan sobre 8-10 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n

Fuera de la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong><\/p>\n

Depende del pa\u00eds. Seleccionar Pa\u00eds a la hora de finalizar el pedido y te indicar\u00e1 el importe. Estos env\u00edos suelen tardar aproximadamente 15 d\u00edas. Si no aparece importe del pa\u00eds, esscr\u00edbeme a hola@vianailustracion.com y te estimaremos un precio de env\u00edo.<\/p>\n

Si necesitas el producto con urgencia, me puedes escribir antes de hacer la compra para mirar opciones.
\nLos posibles gastos de aduanas<\/em>, son responsabilidad del comprador.<\/p>\n

Reembolsos y devoluciones<\/strong><\/h3>\n

En el supuesto de que el producto llegue en mal estado o roto, lo reemplazar\u00e9 por otro de las mismas condiciones o, en el caso de que no haya stock, por otro producto o productos de igual valor que el producto original (me tendr\u00edas que mandar una fotograf\u00eda del producto defectuoso).
\nSi no est\u00e1s contento con tu compra por alg\u00fan motivo, debes notificarmelo por mail y mandarme el producto en buenas condiciones antes de 14 d\u00edas, y te devolver\u00e9 el dinero de la compra. No se devuelve el dinero de los gastos de env\u00edo. El precio del env\u00edo corre a cargo del cliente.<\/p>\n

Es posible que se produzcan ciertas variaciones de color entre las fotograf\u00edas y el producto que recibas, debido a las diferentes calibraciones de los monitores.

\nShipments<\/p>\n

Shipments are made between 1 and 2 days after the payment is confirmed.
\nThe products are sent by DELIVER or CORREOS. They have a tracking number, which ensures the arrival of the package.<\/p>\n

The messenger will make two delivery attempts. In the case that no one is at home, the package will be deposited at the nearest office.

In the event that the product arrives in poor condition or broken, I will replace it with another of the same conditions or, in the case that there is no stock, for another product or products of equal value to the original product (you would have to send me a photograph of the defective product).
